Cost: $22 session -1st session free for any skaters who have not been out with the team before.
***You must register with Alyson Quan for summer sessions by July 1st!
***If we do not have enough people to cover session costs, sessions will have to be cancelled.
***You will be required to cover the costs for sessions that you register for, and you are required to pre-register.
*Please arrive 15 mins. prior to session starts to ensure that payment is received prior to skating.

I heard that it was an amazing session with Maikki, and she had the team do great drills and really worked on posture, generating knee bend and power etc.. and everyone loved it.

We are looking for skaters for both our Adult and Master Teams for the 2009-2010 season!
The Coquitlam Ice Evolution Adult Synchronized Skating Team invites you to skate with us for our Summer sessions. We welcome any new skaters, ages 19+ (as of July 1st) interested in learning more about synchro and anyone who loves to skate. Our team is comprised of all sorts of remarkable women.
We are proud to say that Adult team is the Provincial and Western Canadian champions / gold medallists for the 2008/2009 Season!
Skill Level Requirements- Adult:
Previous synchronized skating experience is not required. There are no specific test requirements, but a strong dance and skills background is an asset. The following turns are typically included in the program step sequences: mohawks, three-turns, rockers, double-threes, choctaws, single twizzles, and 1.5 twizzles.

We are looking to hire someone in order to apprentice coach, our Adult (formerly) Festival team. Knowledge of the new CPC system is preferred.
Coaches and former synchro skaters interested in coaching who live in the Lower Mainland/Vancouver area, or who are relocating for school or work are encouraged to contact us.
Opportunities to grow the synchro program in Coquitlam exist - please join us!
We are two time Western Canadian Gold medallists (2007 and 2009), and placed 5th at Nationals in 2007 and 2008.
